My name is Joshua Butler, and I’m the founder of Silver Peak Media. I’m a United States Air Force veteran with nearly 20 years of experience in photography and video production. I bought my first Canon T3i in 2009, rekindling a lifelong passion for photography after receiving my first deployment paycheck during a tour in Afghanistan. From there, I felt the pull of my family’s entrepreneurial spirit and dove headfirst into any photography opportunity I could find.
My father has been an independent residential painter for as long as I can remember. The greatest lesson I learned from him is the importance of putting others first. Though I didn’t fully appreciate it until later in life, I watched him give up profit time and time again just to make sure his clients were happy and his employees were taken care of. He always believed that word of mouth was the strongest marketing — people trust those who are trusted by their community. What I’ve carried forward from him is a deep commitment to customer service and satisfaction. As his son and a veteran, it’s in my nature to give my best and act with integrity.
My vision is simple: to deliver honest, dependable, professional real estate media — every time I pick up the camera. I aim to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, because I understand how hard it can be to find vendors in Las Vegas who are not only reliable but also personable.
